Movement practices, group spaces, and ongoing rhythms help to build consistency, awareness, and connection to your body over time.
These can sit alongside one-to-one work, or be experienced in their own right, depending on where you are and what feels supportive.
For those who feel ready, there is also the option to step into more immersive work, creating space for deeper integration and change.

Pilates Yoga Fusion is a live, online movement space designed to help you feel stronger,
move with more ease, and come back into a more connected relationship with your body.
Rooted in Pilates, Yoga, breath, and nervous system awareness, this is not about pushing,
forcing, or getting it right, but about learning to listen, respond, and work with
your body in a way that builds trust over time.
We work to our edges without pushing through them, creating strength, stability,
and confidence in a way that feels supportive rather than depleting.
For many, this is where the journey begins, while for others it remains a steady,
ongoing practice that can also sit alongside deeper one-to-one work or immersions.
Movement was where I first came back to my body.
It’s still where I return, again and again.


Living Rhythm is a monthly space for women to slow down, reconnect, and gently return to themselves through consistent, embodied practice.
This is not about intensity or pressure, it's about creating a steady rhythm that supports your nervous system, your emotional landscape, and your relationship with your body.
Each month includes a live session, a core practice, and simple support tools, allowing the work to integrate naturally into your life without becoming another thing to keep up with.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and stay connected in a way that feels nourishing rather than demanding.
There’s a rhythm to the body that can’t be forced.
This space is about remembering it.
Living Rhythm can stand alone as a supportive space, or sit alongside movement classes or one-to-one work as a way to deepen and sustain what is already unfolding.
A deeper layer of the work, available to existing clients. Immersions are not a starting point.
They come from an established foundation, where trust and understanding are already in place.
Sometimes, stepping away from your usual environment creates the space for deeper change.
These are fully bespoke, one-to-one experiences, held either in person at your home or a retreat location and may include a blend of bodywork, movement, nervous system support,
and holistic health practices depending on what is needed.
Rather than being a structured retreat, this is a personalised, immersive process that allows for deeper regulation, release,
and integration across physical, emotional, and lifestyle levels.
Immersions draw on the full spectrum of my work, creating a space where meaningful,
lasting change can unfold at a pace your system can genuinely hold.
